VAT & Taxes

  • EU Customers: 21% VAT applies (based on shipping & billing address).

  • Non-EU Customers: No VAT.

  • US Customers: Subject to 15% tariffs when importing goods from Europe.

Shipping

Free Shipping in EU – Fully insured regular shipping.

  • Orders over €2500 (excl. VAT): Free priority express courier (1–5 working days).

  • Orders under €2500 (excl. VAT): Delivered within 3–20 business days, free of charge.

Upgrades & Charges:

  • EU Priority Shipping upgrade: €50 (3–5 days).

  • Select EU countries (e.g. Bulgaria, Croatia, Poland, etc.): €50 flat rate.

  • Outside EU: Supplementary charge (confirmed before shipment).

Insurance

All shipments are fully insured until delivery.

Cancellation & Return Policy

We understand plans change. Belgium Diamonds Ltd. offers a 14-day return & cancellation policy.

Standard Jewelry

  • Eligible for return within 14 days.

  • Refund less 20% admin fee (minimum €180 excl. VAT).

Custom-Made & Personalized Jewelry

  • Not eligible for full refunds (EU law).

  • Materials & stones valued on return → refund offer sent.

  • If accepted: Refund processed within 90 days.

  • If declined: Item returned free of charge.

  • Return shipping to Belgium Diamonds is customer’s responsibility.

Loose Diamonds

  • 14-day cancellation policy applies.

  • Refund subject to:

    • 20% admin fee (minimum €180 excl. VAT).

    • 35% non-refundable deposit on custom orders.

    • Market fluctuations on diamond value.

  • Diamonds must be sealed, laser-inscribed, and in original condition.

  • Refunds may take up to 90 days after inspection.

Custom Designs

  • Require 35% deposit at order.

  • Deposit is non-refundable if canceled.

Purchase Approval

All purchases are subject to final approval by Belgium Diamonds Ltd.

  • If an item is unavailable → replacement or full refund.

  • Erroneous pricing/product info → order may be refused → full refund issued.

Post-Delivery Warranty

We stand behind our craftsmanship.

  • Manufacturing Defect? – Return within 14 days → repair or replace.

  • Free Services – One-time resizing + professional cleaning & inspection.

  • Exclusions – Loss of diamonds/gemstones after delivery is not covered.

Tip: Insure your jewelry immediately upon receipt. An invoice & valuation certificate are included for insurance purposes.
